What do you mean? Dozens of people score full at school so there are bound to be hundreds who get full in cie.

Dozens ? I don't know which school you go to, but I've never seen anyone get 100. And like I said, people do get full marks, but it is rare. Even the best can do a stupid mistake and lose a mark here or there. It happens.

If you're loosing 18 marks combined of P1 and P2 you can get an A*. But if more than an A
