umm im pretty sure u can vary either the angle or the angular speed!!
the angular speed can be varied using a motor which works at a specific speed and the angle is varied by well varying the angle!!
if a person has drawn a good diagram and xplained everything well im sure he/she can hope to get good marks regardless of what he took as the independent and dependent variables!!
