I don't remember but for the first it was the arrow from NH3 to nitrite, the next from nitrate to N2, then from N2 to producer and the last from detritus to NH3.
i don't remember the alphabets.

It was Phosphodiester. Hydrogen bonds are between nitrogenous bases(A-T,C-G)
