I can't open CIE papers

Hello fellow students,

I live in Singapore, but I cannot access the CIE papers link. It is something to do with my region or something else? I've tried using it on several browsers, and it won't open on any. It always says the site is taking too long to respond. I would appreciate help, as I'm taking the international a levels this October-November

Ya the papers section cannot be accessed right now maybe they are updating it or something
The above guy gave u some links of other websites use them for now
