I had a yellow Statement of entry last year, but this year I have a white statement of entry this year, WHY?

What is the difference between these two and why are there two colours of statement of entry. There is a difference too because in the hall it matters which colours get out first.

So yellow is for under 16 which means you cannot leave the hall without a parent/Guardian coming to pick you up. But if you have a white some that means u are above 16 and can leave on your own.
