Hello, I find the book hard to understand and have trouble navigating it.
Can someone help me? Such as a summary or some other method?

Well, first of all, (I know this is lame although) I would advise you to go through the syllabus and past paper questions, so when you actually read the book, you tend to pay attention to the specific important topics.

Secondly. practicing papers without understanding will take you no where. You will first have to grab the concepts behind each and every specific topic. I know bio has a vast content and we are no robots to grab and gobble each thing down to our memory! So the only thing I would advise you at the moment is that keep revising it every single day at the peak hours, such as before Fajr, because that really helps...

Practise by writing as many times as it helps you get that content into the memory. Because its a proven technique that your fingertips are directly connected with the brain cells..So that helps...The main thing in biology are the keywords..Like they are as essential for getting grades..

The another thing is that you should actually be able to inter connect the topics..For example, there was a question in one the variants of may june 2014 where the examiners asked a question related to protein synthesis and that actually had to do with something else apart from how proteins are synthesized and transported..Papers were tricky and hard to get A's straight! Not freaking you out but you gotta watch your back there..

Atm, i can only remember these tips that i had used and they were proven to be satisfactory! Hope it helps u at the slightest bit! Good Luck :)
