I need to make sure that my answer was correct

During today's Maths test, I encountered a problem that I never faced before.

Simplify √16c(power 6)

I never actually encountered that question and my teacher never taught us anything about those kind of questions. My answer to the question was:

√16c(power 6) = 4c³

All my friends say that I got the right answer, but I still need to make sure.

Its 100% right!
You can always verify by using two random values (e.g c=4 and c=12) and see if LHS matches RHS.
And/or you can go in reverse:
(4c³)²=16c(power 6)
