IB NOT WORKING !!!! (DOWN ?...ANY ALTERNATIVE)

Everytime i click the ib link, it says page not found ?

is it just a temporary blockade or only for me or is permanently down ?

(hope its not or i gotta pay for taking papers I relied so much on the site for everything)


pls...DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY ALTERNATIVE ??????????????????????
