IBCC Equivalence

I want to know the equivalence method of IBCC, i have done matric and my marks were 840/1050 (80 %), and then given my alevls, securing A* in urdy and D in accounting and D in business studies. So plz anyone of u tell me about the equivalence method?

interesting case....i think ur matric mrx will nt be cnsidered in equivalence.
actually wen u do equivalence for a level 800 mrs of 8 subs in o level are taken and 300 mrx of 3 a level subs are taken bt since u hv done matric.......i dunt hav any idea....better u contact wid IBCC

well I got an A* and 3 A's in A levels and they made my IBCC equivalence as 914 out of 1100!!!
So u can chech how they make it!

You got your equivalence made for O + A Level , right ?
What were your grades in O-Level ?

Plus which "Type" of equivalence did you get made? Pre-Medical I'm assuming, so kindly mention your A Level grades in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Anyways, his case is different so he should be contacting IBCC.

um.therex no such thing as olevel nd alevels combined equilancy..ur matric marks will b taken as they are nd ur alevel grades wud be taken as follows:
an A* wud be considered as 90 a D wud be a 55 now u add 90+55+55 nd divide by 3..whatever the percentage is 5% wud be deducted..

no man.....they take the standard 8 o levells subjects + 3 a levels subject.go nd ask IBCC

umm ok..buh my elder bro got two different equilance certificates..olevels had 10 % deducted nd alevels 5%
how is tht? he got a 81 nd sumthign in olevels nd 86 sumthing in alevels!

The FSc equivalence For A level is based on the following criteria
Assume equivalence for pre medical
> 5 subjects of O level: (but 8 are necessary) Which include:
Phy, Chem, Biology, English
while from Urdu, Islamaiyat and pak stdies anyone subject with higher garde e.g. if A in pak stdies and B in both urdu and islamiyat, A grade of pak stdies would be counted
> 3 subjects of A level
BIO, phy chem

IF for pre engineering Maths of O level as well as A level is counted rather than biology
