How to calculate marks obtained? is there any chart or a formula ? or they go through the GT?

No they don't take GT into account. A* counts for 90, A for 85, B for 75, C for 65 and so on. Add these marks for the main 8 subjects and you get your marks out of 800. Multiply by 900 and then divide by 800 to get equivalence marks for O-Level.

I score 742.5 out of 800? But federal board has a total marks 1050(if i am not wrong)? and after converting which Board will we have a certificate of?

742.5 isn't possible. Max is 90% if you have all A*s which is 720. Don't count extra subjects and decimal numbers are not possible out of 800. The final marks are out of 900.
You will get an IBCC equivalence certificate.

I scored 6A's and 2 B's
6x85+2x75=660
660*900=594000
594000/800=742.5
That's what you told i can be wrong
