I gave my ICT exam this may/june. Actually it's up to you. You may use text editor, or dreamweaver. I'm not sure about front page, as it is not available in some centers. Take the example of the center in which i gave my exam: there was no frontpage! So it is dependent upon the center. It may or may not have the package. So you must be prepared to write codes in case it is not available, as the syllabus clearly states that students should be able to use any similar package.
Yeah, I too wrote the codes myself! I completed my practical in just 1 hour during my P2
In P3 I only took 0.5 hour. It varies from person to person, but almost everyone is able to complete his/her practical in atmost 2 hours for sure.
