As far as i know, the students are allowed to access the internet, it doesn't matter if they browse for the exam questions But if you spend too much time browsing then you might end up not completing the exam paper

is it ok if you type in one formula but in the mark scheme they have another but you get the exact same answers

umm... i don't think soooooo!!!

you should understand the question and then type the formula in !!!!!!

because even if you get same answer with a different function , when you replicate it you may get an error or some thing so be careful before typing in the formula ,but there is an exception for the lookup formula you can use all 3 of them :
LOOKUP
VLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
either ways you'll get the same answer!!!
i'm not an ict expert but i'm telling you how much i know !!!
