hi! can you explain me what do they mean when they say a reasoned conclusion? usually after asking for advantages and disadvantages. i mean like what do i write?? thanks

it is like what do you say about it you have mentioned the advantages and disadvantages of "something" on the "other" now you say whether the "Something" is better or the "other"
Lets take an example A student has been asked by his headmaster to produce a way of advertising the school to
the local public. One option is to use a desktop publishing package to produce a magazine
to distribute to every household in the neighbourhood. He could also create a presentation
to be shown in the local library. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each option.(from o/n 2008)
and the marking scheme says DTP three from:
Advantages
Disabled people / elderly people do not have to go to the library
It can be printed in Braille
You can read it at a time which suits you
Disadvantages
Need for physical distribution
No sound
No animation
No video
Printing costs/paper and ink costs
Presentation three from:
Advantages
Sound
Animation
Video
Interactive / hyperlinks
Disadvantages
Library will need to have screen / computer / appropriate software
Not everyone will visit the library / takes time to go to the library / costs money to
travel to the library / may not get information to every household / may not be seen
by everyone
Must have at least one disadvantage and one advantage to get full marks
There is a mark available for a reasoned conclusion
Now here if you believe DTP is better than presentation you can say that with a little advantage like it can be used by disabled people
or you can say Presentation is better than DTP because it is not boring it has sound.....

Q1 the doctors insert symptoms of the patient into the system using input screen then the rule base analyse the inserted data and inference engine searches the knowledge base for a matchd symptoms and can ask further questions for the doctors to answer . finally the system suggests the possible illness or disease

Q2 there is two types of documentation User and Technical documentation

user documentation helps the user to overcome problems
- frequently asked questions
- trouble shooting guide
-how to search
- how to save
-how to install the system

technical documentation helps the technician while repairing , maintaining and improving the system
- flow charts
- meanings of variables
-required input and output
-purpose and aim of having this system
