I don't think there's specimen paper 3 for ICT, or at least, I'm not aware of it.
Specimen papers are released when there's a change in the pattern or style of the paper.

Other than that, I wish you the best in your exam. It shouldn't be too hard if you've worked hard and payed attention during class
