I thought I should share this website with all for you. http://www.igcseict.info.
Go to the menu and click on theory notes. It is the only resource I used to study for the exam and I have been able to solve most of the papers easily.

For a site that teaches ICT, you sure don't know how to design a decent looking site. It's even wordpress; There are numerous themes that are publicly available.

that exam was a joke... finished it in less than half the time given!
