IELTS difference

Dose anybody knows difference between giving exam coducted by british council and IDP austrilia.Everybody says that question asked from IDP austrilia is harder and scores are low is it so?

my bro did ielts quite a few years ago so i cant remember how hard it was but he had to go to canada so he got good bands in IELTS
