But being a Canadian Citizen, your fees would be much lower than those of International students.

Plus, universities in Canada automatically consider you for scholarships once you apply, and they look at your overall application, not just grades. So, just apply. And hope for the best.

First off, you don't do A'levels in Canadian universities. You apply AFTER completing A'level here in Pakistan or you complete high school in Canada before applying for undergraduate studies in a Canadian university. Also, they're quite easy to get into. McGill for instance only looks at your transcripts (throughout high school) but others like UToronto consider extracurriculars as well. Just try your best in examinations and you'll be good.
