IGCSE 2010 CURVE????

i really needed to know if the nay/june 2010 igcse grade boundaries would be decided by the old curve system or if they have set boundaries for each paper already?

yeah top 10 % worldwide gettin a* means tht we need to get above 90% in EVERY exm..read it in many other forums too, many ppl say tht it isnt changing n many say tht it is..idk
