Well I find it very hard to find the Nth term in sequence, on finding the formula for the given sequences.. can somebody give me tips or any constant formula that can be used to identify them? Thanks in advance.

Sequence is the only part in Maths where even a teacher couldn't help you, it depends on your intelligence, actually if you check the examiners reports, youll find that sequence is the only part in the paper which examines your intelligence, hence you must solve a lot of sequence questions and get familiar with the trend. this is a formula only for sequences with arithmetical progression. (that means that the numbers in the sequences should have the same difference. and it can only be a increasing sequence... eg- 2,4,6,8,10...)
in the formula:
a is the first term.
n is n.
and d is the difference.
in all the other sums common sense has to be used.
