IGCSE & O-Level both in the same session?

Hello,
I want to appear for 6 subjects from IGCSE & other 3 from O-Levels but I've heard that a private candidate can't appear for IGCSE & O-Levels privately in the same session! Is that true? :(

IGCSE Subjects: English (First Language), Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Studies
O-Level Subjects: Urdu (Second Language), Islamiyat, Pakistan Studies
