yes sure u can use them my cousin gave all his papers of o levels with ink pens and mashAllah got 7 A* and 1A so pens dont matter boy use the one u use at home normally and dont change pens during paper since u have little time

Dear Candidate,

Pen(s) do not matter unless they are not dark blue or black. However, be sure you do not use ink removers, whitos or any such material as they are prohibited by CIE for use in their examinations.
Also, whole paper should be done in same color, i.e. Dark blue OR black only.

Could you please clarify what is a dark blue ink? I mean that is blue parker quink ok to use? I feel that its not so dark.

ya it's fine as long as it's blue or black.
