Is calcium hydroxide a strong or weak base? I get that it's only slightly soluble, but then net says that whatever CaOH2 that does dissolve, completely splits up into ions!? Can someone explain this please!?

it is supposed 2 b strong but since its not completely soluble the ph of reulting sol is relatively low like magnesium hydroxide ... if any1 disagrees plx state so...
