Is it possible to skip these subjects?

My cousin will be appearing for nov session so I'm posting this on his behalf.
Is there a way he can skip Maths and Urdu? and appear in some other subjects? He will give A level in lahore and after that USA, he has Bio, Chem and Physics are subject so please tell me with 100% sureity that can you skip these two? and still get admission in A levels?

He'll have to give Maths for sure, that can't be left. Urdu can probably be left for USA but not so sure about whether he will get admission in A-Levels. There are two options for Urdu, first and second language, and its very easy to get a good grade in them.
