Someone told me that CIE sometimes ask for our report cards of school examinations?I it true...seems really different?

i dont think so .i just know they take grades from teachers about what they think that student should get

Well as far as i know it is true. They ask for your result if you have cheated in your paper i.e your grade is pending or questionable.
