IS PERCENTILE STILL THERE IN GCE LIKE GCSE

I am really confused because grade thresholds are published in gcse which shows us that mostly A Grade is mostly 65% to 70% in gcse so i wanted to know is the gce olevels sytems same except that gce doesnot publish grade thresholds.
If u have any experience from your results in olevels related to percentile please do share.
