I know it came last year ..thats the point!
It comes came in Oct/Nov 2004 then again in Oct/Nov 2005 then in Oct/Nov 2008 and then May/June 2010.
I'm not saying it will come but the evidence says it can.

Yes Alchemist it has come and i dont think it will come! CIE can ask the account of 1 or 2 or 3 or maybe 4 but not all 12 .

according to the new syllabus they have clearly stated equal numbers for every thing this cannot happen and dear all please do check Q4,5 of specimen paper and please read this carefully multihamza is quite right in his guess i have asked some sources they clearly state that do the themes of quran and miracles of Prophet pbuh especially halima sadia moon and the miraj thawr can be included too but any too of them will be asked.My dears there is a slight chance that Q5 will be related to imamat especially al mehdi and Q2a,b will be god and his messengers 4 marks or god with his created world +in himself 10,then seal of prophets 4,define the characteristics of the holy quran which can be applied to a muslims life 10 and how qiyas and reason are related to each other 4,q3 outline the major events of muhammad pbuh with abusufian and abutalib 10,b part how abutalib protection helped islam4 Q4 Wrtite a brief note on daughters of the prophet 10 b how his love towards fatima guide muslims q5 describe with the help of examples how muhhamad showed his attitude towards two of the following partners in marriage enemies and friends10 b why muslims migrated to abyssinia4
hope that this is a hit and this question may also come outline changes in relations with jews and hypocrites 10 or write acount on abdul mutallib and hazrat jafar abi talib10 and write about the work carried out by prophet major scribes during his life and after his death 10 explain signiificane of zayd ibn thabit in compiling quran4
