you are better off with consulting books which contain many relevant hadith. islamiat booklist:

• islamiat for students (farkhanda noor)
• olevel islamiat by maulvi jahangir
• islam beleifs and practices by Yasmin malik

but it is difficult to write each and ever hadis saprately picking from each and every topic ....
is there a single page you have for ahadis e.g.Fasting,salat etc
