idk the exact answers but add these points,, typing it as they come in my mind :-
- unifies the Muslim as they read the quran in the same language / dialect
- mistake in recitation can be easily corrected bcuz Quran is recited in the Qureshi Arab Dialect
- the teachings / translations of the Quran remains same and unaltered
- it allows the Quran to be easily accessible as there only one original Arabic version of Quran
