@ salman Wives are boring and generally lenthy..
Do it like this First write their biographical account and then thier servies to Islam.
Make notes this way and u will remember most of the points.

I'd say read through the main events of their lives... And stick to key points. And then, relate the events and their importance to the life of the Prophet.
