Okay so basically I'm confused as to whether when we have to describe the main theme [(a) part] or the importance in a muslim's life [(b) part] of a surah, is it necessary to give a reference of another surah? If so, where do we give the reference, in (a) part or (b) part? My teacher constantly tells me it's necessary to provide a reference, but this isn't mentioned anywhere in the examiner report. Any help would be great appreciated, thank you!
