I don knw also.This was ma first experience in Olevels examz so ma teachers and olevels head told me that components details will also come cotaining the marks in each paper 1 and papaer 2!!! We get it by the centre

U r talking about Break Up ,which will contain grade or individual paper.
Secondly. I was expecting B or A in Islamiat but got A*.The reason u would understand in my previous post.WAIT .....

Yes, something is very wrong with the Islamiyat result. I was expecting 98% but got 85%.

Well I am from Aitchison school in Gulshan and in my class there were only 2 B's and 1 C in ISLAMIAT... Rest for A*'s and 2 got A's... I also got an A* at 92%... Good teacher perhaps ....!

I dont think it will... Just a waste of money... If it wud have been at 79 then you can go for a re-check but chances of getting an A after re-check are very minimal... Though it also depends if u have done an extremely good paper and still have got 76% then you may give it a go...! hope it helps...

When a paper is really easy, you get much lower grades than expected!
This is exactly what happened in May/June 2010 Islamiat paper.

I know a student from Beaconhouse... He got 75 i.e a B in Islamiat though he did a good paper... He sent it for a recheck and amazingly his marks increased to 85 i.e an A grade...!!!
and in that particular branch there were only 5 A's of Islamiat and after many students sent their papers for re-checking the A's in Islamiat increased to 30...!! :|
So this is something quite alarming... :S atleast I am confused...!!
any thoughts???
