Last minute math paper 4 doubt

okay, it seems tricky,
but it asks you to reflect first, then do the translation.
when you take k=1 let's say, you have the co-ordinates Q(-1,-2)
when you take these co-ordinates and reflect, then translate, the image co-ordinates should lie on the line y=x

i think that's what it asks, and it says that it should work for any value of k.

try that.

u shud show, wat value u use 4 k. show dat dis works wid at least 2 values for k.

Oh it's simple you are substituting the inverse so the values are equal

Basically u get (k-2+2) and (k-3+3) therefore (k,k) hence it does...follow from the first part of the question u will understand
