you mean the statement of entry???
if you are a regular candidate like appearing from school, you ll get it in like a week cuz schools have already received it. they are processing the stuff. if u are a private candidate, keep checking your mail. you will get it soon. by the start of may at the most

As your a private candidate, british council would send you your statement of entry and the venue notice, atleast 2 weeks before the examination. As for school candidates, most of them have recieved it, though many would by 1st May!
