These papers are the ones that were taken in March by students in India. Remember, CIE is offering March exam session to Indians only..

Was not previously Variant 23 given by Indian students? Or they have their own set of variant, that is not 23? If they have their own variant (other than 23) how come we have never seen their past papers online?

India lies in Zone 4 (see administrative zones cie on google). As far as I know, all countries in Zone 4 appear for variant 2 papers i.e. 22.
