Hey guys i just heared that people who study o & a levels have their marks reducted by 10-20 % in Pakistan .Is it true ? And why is it ?

A friend told me that 2....its bcz they believe cambridge marks should be reduced to match their standard

It's because CIE has a percentile-system while FBISE and BISE do not have such a system.
