hi everyone can someone please tell me what chapters should i concentrate on for paper 6 chemistry , and do they ask for moles , empirical formula , percentage purity and such ?

Moles doesn't come in paper 6. Concentrate more on Salt Analysis table, Salt preparation procedures, Tests for substances, Drawing graphs, Reversible reactions, Speed of reactions, Electrolysis, Names of basic laboratory apparatus.

what are other methods then titration used to measure the concentration of an alkali

You have to follow the procedure until you add acid to the alkali. The volume of acid taken to change the colour of solution is the concentration of the alkali. I think.

You use Cosine rule when 2 sides and 1 angle is given. The angle between the two sides is supposed to be used. Sine rule, you can use when 2 opposite angles are given and the side opposite to the angle is supposed to be found.

use sine rule whn 2 sides and opposite angle givn or 1 side and 2 angles given
