Sure for Kinematics use (actually you will use them in vectors too):
v=u+at (used when you dont have s)
s=ut+1/2at^2 ( used when you dont have v)
v^2=u^2+2as (used when you dont have t)
s=[(v+u)/2](t) (used when you dont have a)

For vectors I think the main ones are

s = vt
r = r0 + vt

And the normal equations, like F = ma and the kinematics equations just with vectors as the variables, am I right?

Dynamics:
W=mg
F=ma ( used when the object is moving)
Fmax=(

)(R) (tetala3 elR if the object on a surface )
Impulse=m[(v-u)/t]

Moment:
Moment= (F)(d)
If it is a uniform rod the weight of the rod, plank or whatever is at the center, if it is not uniform it could be anywhere
Clockwise=Anticlockwise
