put the value of Rcos(X-a)
take its square and then integrate! put the limits ull get the answer!

guys do we have to show full steps in rcos(x-a)???

i just do it in 2 steps and da marks r like 3 -4??!!!!

for 9 II use the normal of the plane ABC AND the distance ab the use the formula!!!
