Sum of x and y has to be 180.
and the question states that y is twice of x.
Therefore:
y + x = 180
2x + x = 180
3x = 180
x = 60 (ANSWER)

assume the number is X.
Then:
twice of X is the same as 4 less of X.

2X = X - 4
X = -4 (Answer)
