sure !
well nothing much but just three words !
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

these three words tell u that maths is all abt practice, but practice only after u have got the full grasp of the topic !
after u have done all topics u do PP as u know it so nothing special to tell u but one thing for sure maths will want a lot of ur time if u r to succeed, unlike other subs like Bio and Physics where u learn the concepts and use them Maths also involves concepts but it looks at other parts as well so u see, time, practice, good concepts and a fresh mind = SUCCESS and an A* !

Are u taking tutions for maths mate ? If yes then u wont have to go to the most basic stuff like complimentary and supplementary angles and that nonesense !

Really after doin these four books the PP difficult who said this was this guy sleeping when he said that, doin the books mean that u are making concepts which solving PP requires and not destroying them ! jis ne bhee kaha tha yeah us ko meree taraf so marna :ROFLMAO:

First of all, get your concepts straight using the D series books. Going through the examples already solved in the book does that for you when studying individually. Practice a few questions from the exercises (especially the 'star' ones) to see if you can apply the skills/methods learnt before. You are then ready to move onto past papers.
Do read these thoroughly:
1. Maths: http://www.cambridgestudents.org.uk/sub ... _FINAL.pdf
2. Add-Maths: http://www.cambridgestudents.org.uk/sub ... _FINAL.pdf

Yeah okay, the tutions shud help but in any means it will not mean that u forget basic stuff, this basic stuff forms the base of the advanced concepts ! So good luck to u and every one in their preparations ! :Yahoo!:

For Math do learn all the formulae . Then start past papers. To score an A* in Math you need skills. And those skills can only be mastered if you solve questions. Don't be discouraged if a question is difficult ,exert yourself the answer will come.

Add Math is actually further practice for Math. Occasionally ,some questions in Add Math require knowledge of topics of Math. The best way to prepare is to do past paper questions.

Remember ,in math techniques are more but labor is less . Add math is vice versa ( techniques are less but labor is more).

Go Study!!!!

Since, you are going to appear in May/June 2012, you don't need to start practicing past papers yet. Solve questions from the book and get a good grasp of the concepts of topics. Usually the questions in books are more difficult than the ones in past papers. Once you near your exams like in January/February you should start doing past papers. Do as many as you can. 10 years will be the minimum for you. As you go along, make sure you note down the questions that you couldn't solve and then come back to them after clearing your concept.
