Maths AS Level: Which papers should I take?

I'm doing AS Level for the first time and I don't know heads or tails about it. I'm trying to select which paper (P1, P2 or P3) I should take. I know that Pure Mathematics 1 is compulsory (Y) and I don't know whether to choose between Pure Mathematics 2, Mechanics or Statistics and Probability. Somebody please help me out!
P.S: I'm looking for the most helpful but simple choice
