Well,for this question firstly calculate the accelaration, that would be=to u/20.
The decelaration would be u/40
after wards take the points from the decelaration period that would be (60,u) and (t,u/4). Then calculate decelarartion from these points and put it equal to u/40 and you will get the ans. that would be 30 sec.
