actually the correct method to do that question was that we had to find the shortest distance from the base of the pole to base line of the triangle....b/c at that distance angle of depression from a higher point or angle of elevation from a lower point would be the greatest...then we had to use the tangent ratio...that's it

did exactly that but was in great doubt at first
this is becuz for other parts you did a small amount of workings for 2-3pts
but here there was a considerable amount of work to be done....
