So, I have a question,
comparing my current / expected results to GTs from 2013, i should be able to get a B or C overall, i think, if i interpretted them correctly
Im doing the full A-Level in one go, P1, P3, S1, S2

My question is, say i get about 75% on pure 1 and 75% stats 1 (these are a bit underestimated i think, but better do so to keep any assumptions safe & not get false hopes.
So, ive done P3 too, and i found it horrible. i had a bad teacher the 1st year of my 2 years of maths A level, so i had to do p2 & 3, + s1 & s2 in one year with a great teacher. therefore, had some diffculties with pure 3

What I wnat to ask is, If i pass all other components with a decent percentage, 75% on p1 and stats 1, and i expect about 50-60% on stats 2, But for example, if I get below E on my p3, will i still pass my A-Level, or does one failed component mean failed entire exam?

'cause i estimated my p3 grade to be very close/around last year's tresholds for an E (~27/75), so if thats the case my entire Maths A-Level (& university entrance btw) is dependent on the E tresholds for P3.. :S

Thanks a lot in advance!

EDIT: just read on cie website that if the A-level standards are not met ill only receive an AS-level certificate, so , if my p3 is below the E treshold and my S2 is a pass, will avarages still be made, or does a failed p3 automatically mean a failed A2?
