For Maths just do all Paper 42s for 2010 and 2011. And revise through all the concepts.

For Physics revise all the IMPORTANT concepts and then do a at least 2 latest past papers. That would be enough.

What I mean by revising, just read the formulas and important points. Don't go to deeply for Physics.

it is easy
first u can add all the numbers in (numbers of members)..... The result will be 126
half this number by dividing it by 2..... You will get 63
NOW
(1)add first 35 and 28 u will get 63
(2)now add the number from right (add 9+14+18+22)..... The result will be 63
I hv did this step bcoz we need to make 63 from right and left by adding frequency numbers
Now
(1) add the numbers 12 and 13( bcoz we are getting 63 from right on 12 and from left on 13).... NUMBERS OF BOOKS COLUMN
(2) by adding u will get 25
(3) Divide 25 by 2 to get median
(4) The answer is 12.5
