can someone post some example about the formal and informal letter, speech, report, article or news report? i still not sure about the format but the test is tomorrow! help please! URGENT!

if the question stated that start your letter'Dear xxx' or Start your account ‘To the Police…’, should we write any address or some other thing?

Nothing else. No address is needed. Start with what is asked in the question. There are no marks on the format actually as u can see in the Marking Schemes, just the content and language!
