I have never taken Physics in my life. I decided to study mechanics and BAM! I cant get anything into my head. I am in a series of solving papers, and I came across a question that by myself I cant prove. Please help me solve number 1 part 1

The question says the mass is lifted at a constant speed.

Remember this:
Constant Speed => No Acceleration => Net Force is zero => Equilibrium!!

T - 800g = 0
T = 7850N
