its the electrolysis cell!!! does any1 know about the usual grade thresholds for chemistry?

Galvanic cell is just like an electrochemical cell.. its electrolysis basically.. where difference in reactivity is used for electricity to be conducted...
for example at one end its Zinc and at the other end its Copper.. Zinc being more reactive will lose electron which will travel to Copper ..:)

in increasing boiling points: petroleum gas, petrol, naphtha,Kerosene/paraffin, diesel, lubricating oil and finally bitumen(tar)

All chemical reactions that we have to remember! e.g Carboxylic acid + alcohol = Ester, Acid + Alkali = Salt + water and all that. :)
