I think its fyn and u wont be penalised as long as ur candidate no. is correct

It will be sent off in the same script packet as everyone else's. So it's going to be rather obvious it's yours, and that it's from the same centre as everyone else. It also has your name on it; if it gets to the stage that they believe the incorrect centre number, they'll see that the names don't match.
But what's even more likely is that the invigilators, who check the papers after the exam for clerical errors, will see the mistake and rectify it. You'll honestly be fine; there are internal procedures for this kind of thing on both the part of the centre and CIE.
