+1You're done with all of them? Do D4 and the small booklet included with it too. If you have done those too, I think you just need to practice past papers and you're set. O-level Maths isn't that difficult.

It’s the 'classified topic by topic past year examination questions with answers (1980 – 2009)' book.
There’s no publisher’s name written on this book, but it does have inequalities and graphs (the whole GCE Syllabus, in fact)
I think it’s available in Pakistan, cuz my friend’s dad’s brother’s cousin’s son went for vacation and got the book
